Hyperight Event Delegate Terms & Conditions

Thank you for registering to our events.By registering you agree to this Terms and Conditions and the Hyperight General Data Privacy Policy

1. Payments: ​All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid before the conference in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipt of payment will be sent. If payment method is not made at the time of booking, registration will be provisional. Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be booked online and paid using a debit or credit card.

2. Early Bird Rate​: To qualify for any 'early bird' rates, booking in invoice or credit card must be received before the deadline date listed in the conference marketing material.

3. Substitutions & Cancellations:​ The Substitutions & Cancellations policies can variy depending on the event. Please read the event specific Hyperight Event Delegate Terms Conditions listed in the event pdf agenda and on the registration page for further instructions.

  • For Onsite Events: ​For all cancellations (without an approved substituted delegate) received in writing within 30 Days after the booking to the Ticket a 1000 SEK (+VAT) administrative fee per ticket will be deducted from the ticket amount paid or due to be paid.. The rest of the amount will be refunded. For cancellations after 30 days after the date of booking, the full amount of the delegate pass is non-refundable. Full payment is due 10 days upon invoice and no later than 5 business days prior to the event. Any penalty interest under the Swedish Interest Act will be applied with a surcharge of eight (8) percentage points.
  • For Hybrid Events: ​For all cancellations (without an approved substituted delegate) received in writing within 30 Days after the booking to the Ticket a 1000 SEK (+VAT) administrative fee per ticket will be deducted from the ticket amount paid or due to be paid.. The rest of the amount will be refunded. For cancellations after 30 days after the date of booking, the full amount of the delegate pass is non-refundable. Full payment is due 10 days upon invoice and no later than 5 business days prior to the event. Any penalty interest under the Swedish Interest Act will be applied with a surcharge of eight (8) percentage points. In case of pandemic or any other "act of god" where the situation, authorities and governmental institutions prohibit the execution of the physical format of the event, the event will be executed as a 100% online event. Delegates who have purchased a Hybrid Ticket will be then entitled to reimbursement for the physical experience part of the ticket, valued in total of 1200 SEK. The rest of the fee paid is not refundable.
  • For Online Events: ​For all cancellations (without an approved substituted delegate) received in writing within 30 Days after the booking to the Ticket a 1000 SEK (+VAT) administrative fee per ticket will be deducted from the ticket amount paid or due to be paid. The rest of the amount will be refunded. For cancellations after 30 days after the date of booking, the full amount of the delegate pass is non-refundable. 4. Access Requirements:​ Delegates should advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration.

5. Registration Information:​ Registration information will be sent to registered delegates by email within 3 working days after registering. Any delegate not receiving the registration information should contact us by email to [email protected]

6. Alterations to Programme​ - Cancellation/Postponement of Event

  • Hyperight reserves the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings. In case of changes, delegate will be informed within 3 working days after the change has been made.

  • In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled by Hyperight, a full refund will be made or the ticket will be transferred to another Hyperight event by choosing of the delegate. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate. In case of changes, delegate will be informed within 3 working days after the change has been made.

  • In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organisers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate. In case of such change, delegate will be informed within 3 working days after the change has been made.

  • If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the booking between the delegate and the organisers shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule in paragraph 3. In case of changes, delegate will be informed within 3 working days after the change has been made.

7. Speakers​: Views expressed by speakers are their own. Hyperight cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to delegates.

8. Delegates - Who should attend:​ All Hyperight events are designed and intended for customers matching the event expected target audience described in the event webpage, pdfs and promotional materials commonly described in “Who should Attend” or “Who will Attend”. Hyperight holds the right to cancel or decline a registration at any time if seen as not suitable, or outside the target audience. In such a case that a registration has been made and then canceled by Hyperight, Hyperight will return the full amount to the customer.

9. Photography & Filming:​ For promotional marketing purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the conference. Hyperight holds the right to use these materials for event promotional marketing purposes everywhere in the world, without any limitations.

10. Data Protection: ​The information about what data we collect, store and how do we process it is provided in the paragraphs 4 and paragraph 5 in the Hyperight General Data Privacy Policy.

11. Insurance: ​It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. Hyperight cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.

12. Event Code Of conduct: ​All participants attending a Hyperight event, onsite or online are expected to follow the Hyperight Event Code of Conduct which can be found on: Virtual Events Code of Conduct Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave the event without a refund at the sole discretion of Hyperight AB.

13. Force Majure: ​In circumstances such as war, strike, blockade, fire, explosion, epidemic outbreak, pandemic, state intervention or other circumstances over which the organiser have no control and that prevent, delay or significantly add to the expense of the organiser’s fulfillment of the terms in this agreement, and that could not reasonably be predicted, forcing the organiser to either postpone or cancel the event, no refund is applicable. All delegate tickets will be moved either to the new (postponed) dates or transferred to another Hyperight event in the same year by choosing the delegate.

14. COVID-19 Onsite Event Attendees Waiver: ​Hyperight AB together with its event suppliers and venue owners have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 on its in-person events; however, it cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending an in-person event or program at Hyperight AB or on its grounds could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. By registering for or purchasing a on-site ticket to an in-person event at Hyperight AB, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or become infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself or others (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with your attendance at Hyperight AB or participation in Hyperight AB events (“claims”). You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Hyperight AB, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Hyperight AB, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Hyperight AB event or program.
